This years batch is a traditional Marzen, consisting of a step mash, some Munich malt for a red-ish hue, whole cone hops, liquid yeast fermented at 12 degrees. All of this adds up to a 5 percenter to help you wash down a pretzel and a dog. Do your wurst!

- Criminal Master Lime -


With an acidity of 3.4 PH, it's on par with pickles, this however does not taste like pickles. just shy of 2 liters of lemon and lime juice to make this a refreshing easy sipper.

- Best Coast Pilsner -


Big IBUs, check. Big dry hop, check. Lager yeast, check. All of this gives you a mash up between a Westie and a Pilsner, still finishes dry but it has a kick of hops to keep you coming back for more.

- Hefeweizen -


All the flavour comes from the yeast in this one, no bananas were harmed in the making of this beer. Step mashed to enhance characteristics of the yeast, particularly the banana esters. Minimal hops and a boat load of carbonation, just in time for summer.

- Snout Fever -


Full to the brim with hops, 4.2 g/l in the kettle, mostly whirlpool additions and then 8.3 g/l in the fermenter. Just under 400g total hops and 8kg of grains, this one pushed the system to the limit.
